Trstenik
is a small and very interesting place situated in the South of Dalmatia,
in the middle of the peninsula Pelješac.
It lies directly next to the sea and to the one of the most beautiful
beaches on the Adriatic, across the most beautiful Croatian national
park - the island of "Mljet".

km away from it lies Orebic, a very well known tourist destination. In
the direct vicinity are located the island and town of Korčula
(in which Marko Polo was born)and probably one of the most beautiful towns
in the world - Dubrovnik,
which is the world famous cultural monument of zero category.

Trstenik there are no hotels, but only private accommodation. During winter
there are not so many people in Trstenik, but during summer it is crowded
with tourists, who can enjoy the clean sea and the beautiful landscape.
At the same time all those who prefer peaceful and quiet surrounding can
find it there too.
